Crab and chilli linguine

Recipe Ingredients
17g linguine pasta;
170g can white crab meat, drained;
1 large red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped;
1 clove garlic, finely chopped;
grated zest and juice of one lime;
3 tbsp olive oil;
salt and pepper;
chopped fresh parsley to serve.
 
Recipe Method
Cook the linguine according to the instructions on the packet.

In a frying pan heat the oil and cook the garlic and chilli for 3 minutes. Stir in the crab, lime zest and juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Drain the pasta and toss together with the crab mixture. Garnish with the chopped fresh parsley to serve.
