8 basic sausages; 1 onion, cut into rings; 1 can of kidney beans in a chilli sauce; serve with mashed potatoes |

Cut each sausage into 3 chunks. Dry fry the sausages and onion for about 8 mins or until the sausages are cooked through. Add the chilli beans to the pan and stir through for a further minute or two. Serve immediately with mashed potato. |
