Beef Carpaccio

Recipe Ingredients
1/2 beef fillet;
1 large handful rocket;
2 lemons;
parmesan shavings;
olive oil;
salt.
 
Recipe Method
Cut the raw beef into very fine slices. Place on a serving dish and scatter over the rocket and parmesan shavings.

Squeeze the juice of one lemon into a small bowl and add olive oil and salt to taste, to make a drssing. Drizzle over the meat. Cut the remaining lemon into small wedges and arrange around the platter.
