75g full fat soft cheese; 25g butter, at room temp; 50g blue cheese, grated; 2 tbsp finely chopped walnuts (or alternativley use paprika or parsley) |

Beat together the butter and soft cheese until combined. Season well with some freshly ground black pepper. Beat in the blue cheese. Using your palms, roll the mixture into small balls (should make approx 40). Then roll in the chopped walnuts, or roll in parsley or paprika. Serve on cocktail sticks. |
