2 tbsp coarse-grain mustard; 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar; 1 tbsp olive oil; 1 tbsp clear honey; 4 chicken breasts, cut into strips; 350g farfalle pasta; 50g sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped. |

Put the mustard, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and honey into a bowl and whisk together. Pour into a shallow dish. Add the chicken to the marinade and coat. Leave in the fridge to marinate for 30 minutes. Heat a wok then stir-fry the chicken for about 10 minutes until cooked through. Meanwhile cook the pasta according to the pack instructions. Drain then toss together with the chicken and sun-dried tomatoes. |
