Mexican beef

Recipe Ingredients
500g beef steak mince;
400g jar Chilli sauce;
200g iceberg lettuce, washed and cut into shreddes;
200g cherry tomatoes, halved;
200g lightly salted Tortilla chips;
75g mature cheddar cheese, grated.
 
Recipe Method
Heat a nonstick frying pan and dry fry the mince until evenly browned, drain away any excess fat.

Add the chilli sauce and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 15 mins, stirring occasionally.

Remove the lid and cook for a further 10 mins stirring frequently. Season.

Arrange the lettuce, tomatoes and tortilla chips on four plates. Spoon the mince over and sprinkle the cheese on top.
