Instant Christmas pudding

Recipe Ingredients
300g mincemeat;
140g orange marmalade;
200g molasses suagr;
4 tbsp black treacle;
3 eggs, beaten;
4 tbsp whisky;
100g frozen butter, grated;
200g self raising flour.
 
Recipe Method
Put the mincemeat into a large bowl and stir in the marmalade. Mix in the sugar and the treacle. Mix in the eggs a little at a time. Then add the whisky and mix in the grated butter and flour.

Pour the mixture into a greased and lined 1.5 litre pudding bowl. Cover with a circle of greaseproof paper. Stand on a plate and microwave on medium for about 25 minutes until a skewer comes out clean. Leave to stand for 5 minutes before turning out and serving.
