Cranberry and blue cheese crostini

Recipe Ingredients
1 small french baguette, ends removed and cut into 14 slices;
2 tbsp olive oil;
5 tbsp cranberry sauce;
150g Dolcelatte;
14 sprigs watercress.
 
Recipe Method
Put the bread on a baking tray and drizzle over the oil on both sides. Cook for 10 minutes at 190c/gas 5. Set aside to cool.

Top each slice with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce, a slice of cheese and a sprig of watercress to serve.
