1/2 of a 538g can red grapefruit segments in fruit juice, drained and 50ml of the juice reserved; 250g cranberries; 150g caster sugar. |

Put the grapefruit, cranberries, reserved juice and 75ml of water into a pan. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring, until the cranberries are tender. Add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Increase the heat and boil rapidly for 5 minutes, stirring from time to time. Serve with turkey. |
