3 tbsp of Greek yogurt 2 tsp creamed horseradish 500g of new potatoes boiled 6 slices of cooked roast beef 130g bag of prepared herb salad bunch of chives, snipped |

1. Mix the greek yogurt and horseradish with 2tbsp water. 2. Toss the rest of the ingredients together on a plate or bowl and drizzel with the dressing. |
