Pear and walnut salad

Recipe Ingredients
75g blue stilton, crumbled;
142ml single cream;
2 pears, peeled, cored and cut into thick slices;
150g salad leaves such as rocket etc;
25g walnut halves, toasted.
 
Recipe Method
In a pan melt the cheese with the cream. Arrange the pear slices on 4 serving plates along with the salad leaves and walnuts. Drizzle the warm stilton dressing over each plate.
