Tuna and bean salad

Recipe Ingredients
2 garlic cloves, crushed;
1 tbps white wine vinegar;
6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil;
600g canned cannellini beans, drained and rinsed;
2 red onions, finely sliced;
400g tuna chunks, drained ;
handful of fresh basil;
salt and pepper.
 
Recipe Method
Add a pinch of salt to the crushed garlic in a bowl and then add the vinegar and 2 tbsps of the olive oil. Mix with a fork.

Add the onion and beans and lightly mix through. Add extra olive oil and vinegar to taste.

Add the tuna chunks and again gently mix through. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with the fresh basil.
