300g good quality dark chocolate, broken into pieces; 2 tbsp freshly brewed strong coffee; 100g cocoa powder; 80ml whipped cream; |

Put the chocolate, cream and coffee in a heat-resistant bowl and place over a saucepan of boiling water. Stir until mixture is smooth. Transfer the mixture to another bowl and chill for 3 hours. Sift the cocoa powder onto a plate. Roll the chocolate mixture into small balls, about 3 cm diameter (makes about 30), and roll in the cocoa powder until well coated. Place the truffles on a lined baking tray. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving. |
