Spicy pork ribs

Recipe Ingredients
1kg pork ribs;
2 tbsp tomato ketchup;
2 tbsp sunflower oil;
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce;
2 tbsp clear honey;
2 tbsp Chinese 5 spice seasoning.
 
Recipe Method
In a bowl put the oil, tomato ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, honey and spice, and mix well. Transfer sauce to a shallow dish and add the ribs coating them well.

Cover and put in the fridge to marinate for several hours. Cook under a grill or on a barbecue, basting occasionally, for 20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
