4 salmon fillets; 2 tbsp dark soy sauce; 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil; 1 tbsp clear honey; 2 garlic cloves, crushed; small piece of fresh root ginger, peeled and finely chopped. |

In a bowl mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic and ginger. Put the salmon in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over, turn the fillets to coat. Cover and put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat a griddle pan and cook the salmon for 7 minutes, turning once, until just tender. Serve immediately. |
