450g pork mince; 1 large eating apple, cored and diced; 1 pack frozen yorkshire puddings; 1 red onion, chopped; 1 pork or chicken stock cube dissolved in 200ml boiling water; 1 tbsp sunflower oil; 2 tsp dried sage; 2 tbsp gravy granules for meat; black pepper; green beans to serve. |

In a pan heat the oil and cook the onion until soft. Add the mince and cook until brown. Add the stock and sage. Season with the pepper. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the apple and simmer for a further 3 minutes. Bake the yorkshire puddings in the oven for 4 minutes. Stir the gravy granules into the mince. Put the yorkshire puds on serving plates and fill with the pork mince. Serve with green beans. |
