Mango and passion fruit dream

Recipe Ingredients
1 ripe mango, peeled, stoned and diced;
2 passion fruit;
6 mini meringue shells, crushed;
200g creme fraich;
1 tbsp icing sugar.
 
Recipe Method
Put the creme fraich in a bowl and stir in the icing sugar. Stir in the mango flesh and the pulpy flesh of one of the passion fruit.

Fold in the crushed meringues. Spoon the mixture into two glasses and drizzle the flesh of the second passion fruit over the top.
