| 450g mince; 1 onion, chopped; 2 carrots, chopped; 1 tbsp tomato puree; mixed herbs; 2 tbsp plain flour; 300ml meat stock; salt and pepper approx 680g pototoes |
| Recipe Method |
| Dry fry the mince, onion and carrot until the
mince is brown all over. Add the flour and stir through. Add the tomato puree and some mixed herbs and stir through. Add the stock and bring to the boil. Season. Leave to simmer on a low heat, stirring occasionally whilst making the mashed potatoes. Transfer the mince to a casserole dish and top with the mashed potato. Bake in a preheated oven (about 220c) for about 20 mins. |
