| 200g soft cheese; 100g Danish blue cheese, mashed with a fork; 100g Wensleydale or Lancashire cheese, mashed with a fork; 50g pecans, chopped; 50g sesame seeds, toasted. |
| Recipe Method |
| In a bowl put the Danish blue cheese and half of
the soft cheese. Mix well. Cover and chill for 30 minutes. In another bowl put the Wensleydale cheese and the remaining soft cheese. Mix well. Cover and chill for 30 mins. Roll the blue cheese mixture into 10 balls. Put the pecans on a plate and then roll the cheese balls in the chopped pecans until coated. Roll the wensleydale cheese mixture into 10 balls. Put the toasted sesame seeds on a plate and then roll the cheese balls in the sesame seeds until coated. Cover and chill until ready to serve. |
