| Recipe Ingredients |
| For 2 people: 2 fillet steaks; 25g butter; 1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed; 4 tbsps whisky; 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce; 1 tbsp fresh chopped chives to garnish; chips or new potatoes to serve. |
| Recipe Method |
| Season the steaks well. Melt the butter in a
large frying pan and gently cook the garlic for 3 minutes. Add the steaks and quickly brown on both sides, cook for 3-4 mins for rare,4-5 mins for medium or 5-6 minutes for well done. Add the whisky and Worcestershire sauce and bring to the boil. Serve with the chives sprinkled over the top, and with chips or potatoes. |
