Salmon fettuccine with basilby Rick Marshall |

| Recipe Ingredients |
| 250g fettuccine; 4 salmon fillets; 250g grean beans, trimmed; 2 tbsp olive oil; juice half a lemon; bunch fresh basil, roughly chopped. |
| Recipe Method |
| Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add
the pasta. When simmering place the salmon fillets on top of the
pasta, ensuring they are covered by water. Simmer for 6
minutes. Add the beans to the pan and continue to cook for 4 minutes. Carefully remove the salmon using a slotted spoon. Drain the pasta and beans. Toss through the oil and lemon juice. Season to taste. Toss through the basil. Serve the pasta with the fillets sitting on top. |
