Cod gratin with wholegrain mustardby Josh Fraser

Cooking time: 20 mins
|4 cod steaks approx 175g each;
200g grated cheddar cheese;
1 tbsp wholegrain mustard;
75ml double cream;
salt and black pepper.
|Grease a shallow ovenproof dish and place the
fillets skin-side down in a single layer. Season.
Mix together the cheese, mustard and cream and season. Spread the cheese mixture thickly and evenly over each fillet. Bake for 20 minutes at 200c/gas6 until the fish is tender and the top browned and bubbling.
