Langoustines with garlic butterby Doug Sanderson |

| Recipe Ingredients |
| 2 garlic cloves, peeled; 1tsp sea salt; 2tsp chopped flat leaf parsley; 250g butter, softened; juice of 2 lemons; pinch cayenne pepper; 20 fresh langoustines, cooked and peeled; ground black pepper; fresh bread to serve. |
| Recipe Method |
| Put the garlic, salt and parsley into a
processor and pulse until mixed. Add the butter, lemon juice and
cayenne pepper and pulse until thoroughly blended. Place the langoustines on a metal baking tray and put a blob of garlic butter on top of each. Place under a hot grill for 5 minutes, until the shellfish are hot and the butter melted. Place the langoustines onto serving plates and spoon over the pan juices. Season with black pepper and serve with fresh bread. |
