Coconut rice

Recipe Ingredients
222g Thai fragrant rice;
225ml water;
salt;
225ml coconut milk;
4 spring onions, chopped.
 
Recipe Method
Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold running water.

Place in a saucepan with salted water and coconut milk. Bring to the boil, then simmer for 10 minutes until tender.

Garnish the rice with the chopped spring onions.
