Marshmallow crispy cakes

Recipe Ingredients
100g rice crispies;
200g marshmallows;
50g butter;
100g glace cherries, cut into quarters;
50g desiccated coconut;
3 tbsp golden syrup.

makes 12 crispy cakes
 
Recipe Method
Put the butter, syrup and marshmallows into a large microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 1 minute, stirring half way through.

Stir in the coconut, cherries and rice crispies.

Spoon into 12 paper cake cases. Leave to cool for about 30 mins before eating.
