| Recipe Ingredients |
| 2 tbsp sunflower oil; 8 sausages; 115g plain flour; 2 large eggs; 300ml semi-skimmed milk; 6 sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained and finely chopped; 2 tbsp fresh thyme leaves. |
| Recipe Method |
| Put the oil in a roasting tin along with the
sausages and roast in the oven for 10 minutes at 230c or gas
8. Meanwhile, sift the flour into a bowl with a pinch of salt and add the eggs. Add a little milk and beat until smooth, gradually adding the rest of the milk. Add the tomatoes and thyme. Pour the batter over the sausages and return to the oven for a further 25 minutes. |
