Honey bacon-wrapped sausages

Serves: 4

Recipe Ingredients
8 rashers smoked back bacon;
8 good quality sausages;
1 tbsp whole grain mustard;
2 tbsp clear honey;
dash of Tabasco sauce.
 
Recipe Method
Wrap a bacon rasher around each sausage and place on a shallow roasting tin.

In a small bowl blend together the mustard, honey and Tabasco sauce. Brush this over the sausages.

Bake at 190c/gas5 for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through. Serve with mashed potato.
