Blueberry and pecan mincemeat

Recipe Ingredients
100g dried bluberries;
100g pecans, chopped;
75g dried no-soak apricots;
75g raisins;
75g pitted prunes, chopped;
75g sultanas;
100g shredded suet;
1/2tsp mixed spice;
1/2tsp ground cinnamon;
75g muscovado sugar;
grated zest and juice of 1 large orange;
125ml brandy.
 
Recipe Method
Put all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix well together.

Sterilise a few airtight jars and spoon the mixture in. store in a cool, dry place for up to 1 month.

This recipe will make about 800g of mincemeat.
