Chargrilled seafood with garlic butterby Nick Parker |

| Recipe Ingredients |
| flesh from 2 small cooked lobsters; 200g large tiger prawns, peeled; 8 king scallops; 75g butter; 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed; 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley; lemon wedges and crusty bread to serve. |
| Recipe Method |
| Heat a griddle pan until very hot then cook the
seafood for a couple of minutes each side until piping hot. Melt the butter with the garlic. Add the parsley. Serve the seafood with the butter sauce, lemon wedges and bread. |
