| Recipe Ingredients |
| 2 turkey fillets; 2 tbsp roughly chopped sage leaves; 4 slices parma ham; 1 tbsp olive oil. |
| Recipe Method |
| Cut each turkey fillet into 2 even-sized thin
slices. Sprinkle over the sage and season with pepper. Wrap a piece
of parma ham around each slice of turkey and secure with a cocktail
stick. Heat the oil in a large frying pan and cook the meat for 3 minutes on each side, until golden and cooked through. Serve with green veg and potatoes. |
