Prawn spaghettiby Vic Mitchell

Cooking time: 15 mins
|1 tbsp olive oil;
1 onion, finely sliced;
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped;
400g can chopped tomatoes;
sprig fresh thyme, chopped;
350g peeled and cooked prawns;
4 large basil leaves, shredded;
|Heat the oil in a pan and gently cook the onion
for 5 minutes until soft. Add the tomatoes, garlic and thyme. Bring
to a simmer and simmer gently for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile cook the spaghetti according to pack instructions.
Add the prawns and basil to the sauce, and gently heat through. Drain the pasta and return to the pan. Add the sauce and butter and gently toss through.
