Blueberry rocky road squares

Recipe Ingredients
200g dark chocolate, broken into pieces;
200g (half a tin) condensed milk;
25g butter;
100g brazil nuts, roughly chopped;
75g dried blueberries;
200g marshmallows, chopped;
50g white chocolate, broken into pieces.
 
Recipe Method
Place a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering water. Put the dark chocolate, condensed milk and butter in the bowl and stir until melted.

Remove from heat and beat until smooth. Add the brazil nuts, blueberries and marshmallows. Line a 23cm square baking tin with baking parchment. Pour the mixture into the tin and spread out evenly.

Melt the white chocolate in a clean bowl over a pan of simmering water. Drizzle over the top of the dark chocolate mixture. Chill for at least an hour until set. Cut into squares to serve.
