Smoked salmon pastaby Derek Lowery |

| Recipe Ingredients |
| 350g pasta shells; 6 spring onions, trimmed and chopped; 142ml double cream; grated zest of 1/2 a lemon; 125g smoked salmon trimmings; 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley, chopped. |
| Recipe Method |
| Cook the pasta in boiling water according to the
packet instructions, and drain. Meanwhile, put the remaining ingredients apart from the parsley into a pan. Season and gently heat. When hot but not boiling, add the salmon and parsley and remove from the heat. Add the cooked pasta to the suace and mix through. Serve straight away with freshly ground black pepper. |
