| Recipe Ingredients |
| 1 whole dover sole (approx 300g); olive oil or melted butter; 1 tbsp lemon juice; lemon wedges to serve; cooked seasonal vegetables to serve. |
| Recipe Method |
| Preheat the grill to medium. Brush one side of the fish with the oil (or butter if using) and drizzle over half of the lemon juice. Cook under the grill for about 8 to 10 minutes. Turn the fish over and brush with oil and drizzle over the remaining lemon juice. Cook for a further 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with seasonal vegetables and the lemon wedges. |
