Turkey salad with peach mayonnaise

Recipe Ingredients
1kg cold cooked turkey, torn into pieces;
225g red seedless grapes, halved
4 celery sticks, sliced;
2 red-skinned apples;
juice of 1 lemon;
250ml mayonnaise;
3 tbsp peach chutney;
115g toasted cashew nuts;
watercress sprigs to garnish.
 
Recipe Method
In a bowl mix the turkey with the grapes and celery.

Quarter, core and slice the apples and then toss in the lemon juice. Add the apples to the meat.

Blend the mayonnaise with the chutney and then fold into the meat mixture. Spoon mixture into a serving dish and garnish with the cashew nuts and watercress.
