tuna and chive fish cakes

Recipe Ingredients
200g tinned tuna chunks in sunflower oil, drained;
2 tbsp chopped chives;
450g cooked mashed potatoes;
plain flour for dusting;
vegetable oil for frying;
 
Recipe Method
In a large bowl mix the tuna and chives. Into this mixture stir in the mashed potato.

Shape the mixture into 4 cakes and dust with flour.

Heat some oil in a frying pan and cook the fish cakes for 5 mins on each side, or until golden.
