| 1 cup long grain rice; 1 cup butter; 25g butter; 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind; 2 tablespoons lemon juice; |
| Recipe Method |
| Put all the ingredients into a saucepan, cover and bring to the boil. Turn the heat down to the lowest setting and leave until the rice is cooked and all the liquid has been absorbed. Stir and season to taste. |
