Cheese and pickle bakeby Elaine Johnson

Cooking time: 45 mins
|25g butter, softened;
6 slices white bread, crusts removed;
175g mild cheddar, finely grated;
2 tbsp sweet pickle;
3 large eggs;
1 tbsp english mustard.
|Butter both sides of the bread and make up into
cheese and pickle sandwiches then cut each into 4 triangles. Place
in an oven proof dish.
Put the eggs, mustard and milk in a bowl and beat. Season and pour over the sandwiches. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at gas 3/ 180c until golden.
