| 500g boneless salmon fillets; 4 tbsp chinese 5 spice seasoning; 2 cloves garlic, peeled and sliced; 4 tbsp light soy sauce; 6 spring onions, trimmed and sliced into long thin strips; 2 tbsp groundnut oil |
| Recipe Method |
| Season each of the salmon fillets with the
chinese 5 spice and salt and pepper. Grill for 4 minutes on each
side. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a small pan and cook the garlic for 1 minute, add the soy sauce and cook for a further 30 seconds. Place the salmon on serving dishes along with the juices from the grill pan. Scatter the spring onions over the fish and then spoon the garlic mixture over the top. This is good served with egg noodles. |
