Peanut butter muffins

Serves: 6

Recipe Ingredients
115g crunchy peanut butter;
2 large eggs;
200ml milk;
225g self-raising flour;
85g caster sugar.
 
Recipe Method
In a large bowl put the peanut butter, eggs and milk and whisk until the mixture is even.

Add the flour and sugar and lightly stir. Spoon the mixture into 12 paper muffin cases in a muffin tray. Bake for 25 minutes at about 190c.
