Pineapple salsa

Recipe Ingredients
430g tinned pineapple rings in natural juice, drained and cut into chunks;
1 large red pepper, diced;
1 red onion, chopped;
2 green chillies, finely chopped;
200g canned sweetcorn, drained;
3 tbsp lime juice;
1 tbsp sunflower oil;
salt and pepper
 
Recipe Method
MIx together the oil, lime juice, chillies and season with salt and pepper. Leave for 30 minutes.

Put the pineapple, onion, red pepper and sweetcorn in a bowl and mix. Pour the dressing over the pineapple mixture and mix through.
