| 8 lamb steaks; 8 cloves of garlic, crushed; 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar; 6 tbsp olive oil; 2 sprigs fresh rosemary; |
| Recipe Method |
| In a bowl, mix together the oil, rosemary,
garlic and balsamic vinegar. Place the lamb in a single layer in a shallow non-metallic dish. Pour the marinade over the lamb, cover and chill overnight, turning occasionally to coat both sides. Remove the lamb and grill for about 15 minutes, turning and basting occasionally with the remaining marinade, until cooked through. |
