Creamy pasta with smoked ham

Recipe Ingredients
1.5 kg Fusilli pasta;
800g smoked ham, shredded;
1110ml double cream;
300g cream cheese;
190g pesto sauce;
3 onions, chopped;
5 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed;
250g mushrooms, sliced;
675g frozen peas, thawed;
3 tbsps vegetable oil
 
Recipe Method
Cook the pasta (may need two large pots)as according to the packet instructions and drain.

In a large pan heat the oil and fry the onion and garlic for 5 minutes until soft. Add the mushrooms and continue cooking for a further 3 minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to the boil. Add the pasta and stir through.
