| Cod loin Smoked streaky bacon Lemon juice Olive oil Dill |
| Recipe Method |
| Slice fish into longish chunks. Marinade briefly in lemon juice, olive oil and Dill. Wrap fish pieces in a slice of streaky bacon. Place on flat oven tray or on wire rack in oven tray for a low fat version. Bake in medium oven for 20 mins approx, turning once. Serve with salads, or buttered new potatoes and spring veg. |
