Snug-As-A-Bug Fish

Recipe Ingredients
Cod loin
Smoked streaky bacon
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Dill

 
Recipe Method
Slice fish into longish chunks.

Marinade briefly in lemon juice, olive oil and Dill.

Wrap fish pieces in a slice of streaky bacon. Place on flat oven tray or on wire rack in oven tray for a low fat version.

Bake in medium oven for 20 mins approx, turning once.

Serve with salads, or buttered new potatoes and spring veg.
