| Recipe Ingredients |
| 50g cooked long grain or basmati rice; 1 slice of ham, roughly chopped; 1 garlic clove, crushed; 1/2 onion, chopped; 2 tbsp frozen peas; 1 spring onion, trimmed and finely chopped; pinch of hot chilli powder; 1 medium egg, beaten; 1 tbsp light soy sauce; 1 tbsp sunflower oil; 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander to garnish. |
| Recipe Method |
| Heat the oil in a wok and stir-fry the onion for
1 minute. Add the garlic and cook for a further minute. Add the ham and peas and fry for 1 minute, then add the rice and heat through. Add the spring onion and chilli powder and fry for 1 min. Add the egg and stir it through quickly until it sets. Add the soy sauce. Serve with the chopped fresh coriander as a garnish. |
