Cheese whirls

Recipe Ingredients
100g mature cheddar, grated;
125g self-raising flour, plus extra for rolling;
25g butter, cut into small pieces;
75ml whole milk;
2 tbsp sun-dried tomato puree.
 
Recipe Method
Season the flour in a bowl and rub in the butter. Add the milk and half the cheese and mix into a dough.

Roll the dough out into a 20cm square. Spread the tomato puree on leaving a 1cm edge. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Roll up and cut into 8 slices. Put the slices on a lined baking sheet and bake in the oven (210c/ gas7) for 10 minutes until lightly browned.
