| 125g raw peeled tiger prawns; 150g Greek-style yogurt; juice of half a lemon; 1 tbsp sunflower oil; 2 tbsp tandoori spice blend; lemon wedges to serve. |
| Recipe Method |
| In a bowl combine the yogurt with the lemon
juice, oil and tandoori spice blend. Add the prawns and coat with
the mixture. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Thread the prawns onto wooden skewers that have been soaked in water. Cook on the barbeque for 3 mins on each side, until the flesh turns pink. Serve straight away with lemon wedges. |
