| 4 wheat flour tortillas; 4 tbsp hoisin sauce; 200g ready cooked chicken breast, cut into strips; 8cm length of cucumber, cut into fine sticks; 4 spring onions, trimmed and shredded; 120g salad leaves. |
| Recipe Method |
| Warm the tortillas according to the pack
instructions. Spread each of the warm tortillas with 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce, then top with chicken strips, cucumber, spring onions and salad leaves. Roll each wrap up and serve immediately. |
