One-pot chicken

Recipe Ingredients
6 chicken thigh fillets;
2 lemons, halved and juiced;
2 tbsp clear honey;
1 large clove garlic, crushed;
salt and pepper.
 
Recipe Method
Put the chicken thighs in a shallow ovenproof dish in a single layer and slash each thigh twice across the top with a knife.

In a bowl mix the lemon juice, honey, garlic and seasoning to combine and pour over the chicken. Cut the squeezed lemon shells into wedges and tuck in between the chicken.

Bake in a preheated oven (200c/gas6) for 25 minutes, basting halfway through, until the chicken is golden and cooked.
