Melon with parma hamby Gail Moffat |

| Recipe Ingredients |
| 1 cantaloupe melon; 60g parma ham; 2 tbsp medium sherry; 2 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice; 1 tbsp honey. |
| Recipe Method |
| Cut the melon into 8 slices. Cut the flesh away
from the skin and cut into bite sized pieces, but leave sitting on
the skin. Divide between 4 serving plates and arrange the parma ham on top of each. Make a dressing by blending together the sherry, honey and orange juice. Drizzle over the melon and parma ham. Serve immediately. |
